Is there anyway to see who deleted a voicemail from a queue? We have queues set up for our departments and multiple staff work their departments voicemails as a group. Our number one compliant from customers is they have left multiple messages with no call back. I can see they did indeed leave messages, but I have no way of seeing who went in and deleted the voicemail. I cannot hold staff accountable if I cannot prove this.
