Hello- We have had several incidents where we have sent a fax and received the transmission result "failed" but then learned that the faxes actually went through. Any idea why that might happen and how to fix it?

Hi @Xoe McAleece, I've seen an open case similar to it. Would you please submit a ticket as well so it will be isolated?
