Hey, Botto.
I’ve attached a link to the retention policy. Be mindful, that it can also depend on your service plan.
RingCentral also has an Archiver function, and there are apps on the RingCentral app gallery, like RingClone or ThetaLake that may be useful

I can give RingClone 6 stars… mostly easy to set up, easy to search, and we also have it shunted to an immutable 7 year bucket for compliance.
I say ‘mostly easy’ as you want to agree on the file structure to save as, layer, levels, etc. before you get in too deep.
The fax retention policy is awfully short in my opinion. What could be more important than the ability to at least see and print the confirmation information. I am learning about this and unfortunately, in a legal pickle now as a result because the courts want to SEE THE CONFIRMATION. Yes. It is printed on the fax they received, but they DON”T HAVE IT. Wish I knew about setting email fax confirmation which should be the default setting. But for me, it looks like I will have to pay the huge penalty. Can it possibly be provided by customer support it was about 5 or 6 weeks ago?
