Our faxes are received via email from notify@ringcentral.com and sent to multiple internal recipients. However, the recipient list is quite outdated. How do I access which emails are to receive our faxes so that I may remove former employees and add newer? Several of the email addresses are people who are no longer listed in our Users tab.

It's most likely located under
Users > click on the fax ext. > Notifications > Messaging notifications

In here it's best to make sure you are looking at the "Advanced settings" view. Click on customize notifications for Received Faxes and for Fax transmission results.
