I'm having an issue where basically both Voice and RingCentral are trying to ring at the same time regardless of the actual source of the call and my personal calls are getting logged into my RingCentral's call history.
I found this older help article that seems to outline this issue, but I'm not sure if the settings have changed because I'm not seeing these options? Or if they've moved elsewhere in the app?

Hi, @Lira 215 This setting is only available on the other app, the RingCentral Phone. The new RingCentral App doesn't have that option yet. For now, you may create a feature request in our Ideas Portal at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/.
