I've been bring my clients over from Jive to Ring Central and they have a simple holiday calendar that auto updates for the holiday. When will ring central add a calendar for holiday hours? Constantly updating several tenants is extremely annoying when it could be solved with a simple calendar. Also when adding a Custom Answering Rule why can't I copy a previous rule that would make it so much easier to create the same damn rule over and over instead of starting from scratch.
