We have a couple of desk phones that are configured as hot desk phones.

This phones now are unable to login or logout and unable to make or receive calls.

basic troubleshooting had already been done. e.g. power cycle, connect to a different LAN port. still the same.

there is a total of 5 phones having this issue.
