How can the receptionist easily see who is logged into a call queue? 

It would help our receptionist know who is logged into what call queue. 

How can our receptionist easily see this? 

  1. As a super admin go to Admin portal
  2. Phone System > Groups > Call queues 
  3. Click the arrow under Actions in the right side of the call queue
