We use SSO, and want to use SSO only. Zoom has the option to include parameters in their application msi package, but recently developed an admin option to disabled facebook and google sign in options. Has RingCentral developed any workarounds or solutions to do this as well?

Bumping this topic - Google keeps asking me to sign in while i’m using RingCentral. I use RingCentral through an outlook email address for work and don’t want it access my gmail. How do i stop it from prompting me over and over???

The frequent Google sign-in prompts may occur if RingCentral is attempting to integrate with Google services (e.g., Calendar or Contacts), even though you're not using Gmail. To stop these prompts, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your RingCentral App Settings:
    • Open the RingCentral app and go to Settings.
    • Look for any integrations with Google (e.g., Google Calendar or Google Contacts).
    • Disable or disconnect these integrations if you’re not using them.
  2. Clear Cached Credentials:
    • Sometimes, the app may be stuck on a failed authentication attempt.
    • Log out of RingCentral and sign back in using your Outlook account.
  3. Ensure Correct Login Method:
    • Verify that you're signing in with your Outlook credentials and not accidentally clicking a Google sign-in option.
  4. Reinstall the App (if the issue persists):
    • Uninstall the RingCentral app, reinstall it, and log back in to ensure settings are refreshed.
