Hello,

I wanted to know it is possible for there to be a time stamp option when searching call logs.

To replicate, got to https://service.ringcentral.co.uk/ then Reports>Call Log

Detailed and then in the date picker, I can only select specific dates.

If we had a report of calls dropping at a specific time of the day I cannot search them, for example all calls on the 17th of August 2022 at 14:30pm.

Any help would be much appreciated.
