We have three extensions - me (owner) and two PT employees. The phone always rings to my phone and my desktop, even when they press an extension for the two employees.

Am I doing something wrong in the setup? Is there a way for me to tell what extension the caller dialed instead of picking up every call that comes through so I can choose not to answer?

In the same light, is it possible to turn off the ringing for me on my mobile and desktop as a super admin unless my extension is dialed?
