We have changed the region settings for each user phone in our system to the country and area code (Canada, 705), but the end user sees a different city than the one we are calling from. Customers see that we are calling from Barrie, ON, when we are calling from Peterborough, ON.

Likewise, customers don't seem to be seeing the caller ID (our company name) that was inputted. Perhaps this is only because the tests we've done don't have the caller ID function turned on.
