Our accounting clerk is working with 10 bank accounts that send their verification codes by using our main company phone number. She is unable to receive these automated verification calls because our auto receptionist picks up and runs her script. Is there a way to push these calls directly to her without changing the number in the bank accounts or a way to turn the auto receptionist off for a short time to allow her to get these verification calls?

I figured out a work around. I ended up creating a custom rule for a short time where if the main number was dialed it would ring our accountant's number. So it worked out nicely. After she gets her authorizations done, I'll just delete the rule.
