Im trying to send a fax. I reached out the automated chat and i tried following the instructions but I cant find the fax icon anywhere. Any ideas, is it something my account does have, do I need to but additional privileges? Thanks


Hello @Pepe Luna Del Villar, upon checking your current plan, it doesn't have the Fax service included. You may reach out to your Account Manager for a plan upgrade. Send us an email at community.support@ringcentral.com if you need the contact information.
