how to send fax to ###@rcfax.com on scanner

Hello there,

Its possible to send a fax via outlook/email client to a fax number with @rcfax.com. Can we not do the same with a multifunction printer by using the scan to email function? I have tested but it seems to not go through.

Hi Loi, the email-to-fax feature will not work in a multifunction printer. It only works directly through email.
