How to turn up volume when listening to voicemails on mobile app

Whenever I listen to voicemails from the mobile app they are very quiet. is there a way to turn up the volume or better yet have the VM play back on speaker phone.

Hi @Jacob Rakos, volume up and down of the phone itself will adjust it.
