Is there a way to block users from adding an individual to their HUD? Currently agents are able to see who their manager is talking to and the manager would like privacy. Is there a way to block the agents from adding a manager?

We have an existing feature that can block this visibility (i.e., who everyone is talking to) at the account level, but it's all-or-nothing. Meaning it will also disable the Admin's access.

The Product Teams are rolling out an enhancement to this feature that will allow user-level granularity. There is no estimated time yet, but it will happen soon.
