How do I fix this?
We use a ring group to forward simultaneously forward to our users. When they pickup a call from the ring group, in the HUD it does not show the user who picked up the call as 'busy' or 'active call'. Instead it shows the original user, through which the ring group was activated as 'active call'...
It doesnt matter if the call goes to a physical desk phone, mobile app or windows app.
How do i fix this?
