I cannot see the text message I received. I only received the text notification and was I able to reply but after I moved to another tab I cannot see it anymore

Just to clarify, the text notification you got, is it through email or you're using the RingCentral App?

Thank you for reaching out. I am using the desktop app and initially was able to see and reply through it. Same with my mobile app.
