Both require a DL, so keep that in mind. You’ll pay for a full license to have this functionality.
For CyberData and Algo
- Create an “other phone” in Phones and Devices and grab the manual SIP provisioning info
For CyberData:
- Register your manual SIP settings via the SIP → Nightringer Settings tab. Plop the manual provisioning info there.
- Add your NightRinger device via your RingCentral account to your Ring Group/Call Queue and it will ring overhead for incoming calls
For Algo:
- Register your manual SIP settings via Basic Settings → SIP → Ring/Alert Mode (ON) → Ring Extension (User Name) → Authentication ID (Auth ID) → Authentication PWD (RingCentral Other Phone Password).
- Features → Ring/Alert Tone, Volume, Limit (Set this to your desired specifications)
- Advanced Settings - Advanced SIP → SIP Transportation (Just leave as Auto) → Outbound Proxy (OutboundProxy settings)
- You can either choose TLS or not via the Other Phone settings depending on your network setup
