I have been trying to submit my TCR and get it approved for months now. We've lost the ability to text and regained it, so I thought everything was fine. Today I get an email from RC Support telling me that the TCR failed because of "(12) - Incorrect Opt-In/Opt-Out/Help Message". I am struggling to figure out what exactly they want these messages to say. I have used the company name and made it clear what phrases should be used to opt in/out. Does anyone have any guidance on what has worked for them?
