Hello everyone,

Our users will be sending SMS either through our in-house app or the RingCentral app. We would like to implement an automated sanity check before the message is delivered. If users utilize our in-house app, we can have control over this process. However, for the RingCentral app, is there a way we can intercept outbound SMS at the account level before they are delivered?

Currently, RingCentral does not offer a feature that allows intercepting or performing an automated sanity check on outbound SMS messages before they are delivered. Since messages sent via the RingCentral app go directly through our system, there isn’t an option to apply custom pre-delivery filters at the account level.

However, we recommend submitting this as a feature request in our RingCentral Ideas Portal so our product team can consider it for future development. You can post your idea at RingCentral Ideas and share your use case so others can upvote and support it.
