I have some employees that only use the mobil app function and others that use the web functions. We had an employee depart our company some time ago, and her ext was reassigned to another employee. The web Ring Central shows this extension belonging to the new employee, but the mobil app shows the old employee assigned to that ext.

Interestingly all other changes flow through both apps. Is this a glitch? If so, how do I fix it? Any help wpould be appreciated! Thank you.

What information is used to log in? Email address or phone number?
