Hello there,
We have several users that specifically use the RingCentral App Connect integrated with Bullhorn. The app seems to freeze every so often and after a call is ended the app is unresponsive and spins loading.
We can clear cache to band aid the issue, but this signs users out of job boards such as Linkedin, and in an recruitment environment not feasible each time this happens.
Please can we look at a fix outside of clearing cache or the option to reset app settings within Edge?
