So all of our inbound, unanswered phone calls go to our emails. However, all of the transcriptions come, but without the audio recording. As nice as the feature is, it doesn't always provide the most accurate version of what people say. I am curious to know if there is something wrong with our set up.

All admin have permissions and receive the emails, they just do NOT include the audio player with them. Is there any way to fix this?
Hi Bella, please make sure that the user's message notification enables Include attachment with email. Check the KB article below on where to see this setting.
