I need to get the incoming number so we can make use of it in our customer vb.net program. Launching a URL works but then everytime there will be a browser window opened, this is not optimal.

I have tried a million things and can’t get the command to run. If i can just get it to save the number to a .txt file on the c:\temp that would be great. I would appreciate any help. 

this command runs when i press test but does not run when the call is connected 
c:\temp\ring.bat "+16505554092"

i have a simple bat file that saves it to the file
