"Limit Reached" on Conference Call

Today we organized an “all hands meeting” leveraging the “start a conference call” feature in ring central app. I called Tech Support twice before the conference and they assured me that 1,000 participants won’t be a problem.

During the conference call we reached the limit @ 200 participants. The website says 1,000 participants can join. We have a RingEX premium plan, it should include it.

We have a large meeting500 license but we did not want a video call so we used “start a conference.”

How do we prevent this issue from happening in the future?
