I'd like to port our current xfintity # to ringcentral. We are just 1 user but when asked to map the number it shows I have 2 ringcentral numbers. The main number and an ext number with my name as the user. I would assume I would map it to the main number? I dont need the second ext number. Did I set something up wrong and how do I get rid of it?
