I am currently a Super Admin, and am taking over the role of a former employee who is also a Super Admin. How can we merge the two accounts, but keep my direct dial with their extension. I am physically moving offices as well.
The position I am vacating does NOT need to be a Super Admin.
+1You may swap your current number to the extension's phone number that you will take over. Then you can remove the Super Admin access of the old extension. Submit a ticket at https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case.html to ask for assistance with swapping numbers.
