We are wanting to expand our ring central service to our additional location. But we don't want or need an IVR menu. I just need one main line to go to a call queue and the other main line to go to another call queue but when enabling Multi-Site service is requires you to use a multi-level IVR menu?

Multi-Site requires you to enable Multi-Level IVR. Please check the KB article below for more information about configuring Auto-Receptionist for MultiSite.
