my mobile is not ringing at the same time as the phone on PC any idea's

my mobile does not ring when call coming in although it rings through my PC I need to be able to have the choice to answer either mobile or PC is it a settings thing?

Hi Michelle,

Make sure that your mobile app has the same login with your desktop. Try to uninstall/reinstall your app as well.
