Set Up Call Handling for the Auto-Receptionist:
Align the User’s Schedule with Business Hours:
Configure Incoming Call Routing to a Cellphone:
By following these steps, calls during business hours will be routed to the specified extension and its associated cellphone number.
Can I do this with multiple phones/extensions, I have one already in the Call Handling queue and don’t want to mess that one up.

Have you tried installing the RC app on the employee’s cell phone? We have staff who use that every day.
Well, I need to fix the new phone number we assigned to the group is getting calls from the old company that apparently had that number. So I’ll step out of this response till I get that corrected.
