I have been trying to get SMS approval for over a month. I spend 2 hours a day on hold with Ring central. This is truly affecting our business and every time I call I am transferred multiple times to diff people until I am finally hung up on with no call back. This is so disappointing. I just do not understand why someone can not just tell me what the issue is. Feels like I am calling a company that has 4 employees in the Philippines who are very friendly but have no authorization to do anything. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?? Just don't know what to do anymore.
