There is no audio when answering a call on the mobile app. Often incoming calls are routed directly to voicemail without ringing on the mobile app. But when they do come throgh there is only silence. Outgoing calls function perfectly. Calls to my direct extension work properly. This is issue occurs when callers select the caller queue that connects to my extension (and of which I am the only member). I am the only user in our system that this affects.
