Within the past 3 weeks or so, half of the time when I go to make calls, I will get no outbound audio. I know I am connected to the call because I see the connected time going up. If I disconnect and try to call again, it will then work where you hear the initial 'click' and the ring tone.
This never used to be an issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program to no effect. My co-worker is also experiencing this same time which started around the same time. We confirmed it's not the headset because he brought in a different one and still had the same issue. He uses the RingCentral App instead.
Obviously having to redo phone calls 50% of the time is not viable, so I'm hoping some assistance can be provided
