No TEXTS! Horrible Customer Service by Ring Central too!!

We submitted all the docs/registration for TCR and now the entire system has crashed - no outbound texting, a broken API and Ring Central won't even acknowledge the mess they have caused. Customer Service Rep was RUDE!! Asked us to restart the campaign, pay $26 three different times, and told us a new 20 day wait. All while we see the API is broken! Time for a new VOIP provider...good by Ring Central!!!

Appreciate this Becky - but we've tried this all morning and have spent 3 hrs trying to get someone to help only to be told by a rude RC Customer Service rep that it wasn't RC's fault and it was ours...we pay a lot of money for this service and it's terrible!!

Any updates? We registered like we were supposed to several weeks ago for TCR and still no texting available HORRIBLE experience!

This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had!!

We are experiencing the same problem. Texting was cut off out of the blue even though it said we had until March 20 to register. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!

I know this is an old thread, but I’m experiencing the horrible customer service right now.  Support cases open for ages and nothing done, chat support giving incorrect information, phone support can’t do anything but ‘escalate’ which does nothing.  What a joke.
