I use RingCentral PBX through Microsoft Teams with integrations on our Yealink MP58 team VOIP phones and when our receptionist answer a call and place callers on hold we are getting reports that the line is disconnecting or being dropped. I wanted to know if anyone has seen this or if this might be a Microsoft teams issue or phone system itself.
I have check our on hold policy in RingCentral as well in Microsoft Teams and there isn't a policy or rule that I can see that is causing this issue but I might not have enough knowledge on where to look
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
