As of February 5th, our outbound texting stopped working. We do not use this feature to advertise but to communicate with our customers regarding their service and to respond to questions. Having the ability to text on our store phone number was one of the reasons we chose Spectrum/Ring Central as a provider. Please advise as to the issue. Thank you.
