Phones ringing that shouldn't be. Can't answer though, just rings when other location gets calls

Started last week. Calls to an office group are causing a phone in another office to ring as well. That phone cannot however pick up that call. Very irritating now due to double the number of rings occurring.

    I am trying to open a case however the site is not allowing me to enter subject or information. The "Case Info" area has lights flowing through it and no where to enter information.
