New Ringcentral account. Callers dial into our main organizational number and enter our IVR menus. Some of the menu options they select will transfer them to an external number. The experience is a bit jarring as they instantly leave our organization (whom they called) and are suddenly speaking to another organization.

Is there some way to play a "handoff message" to the caller before they external transfer? E.g. "You pressed 5. Our partner xxx handles that. We will now transfer you to them... stand by..."
