I have blocked an individual for a few specific users. However, this person is now calling others. Is it possible within the admin console to blacklist a number at the site level? I've done some searches and have only found info on blocking someone at the user level. We have 300 or so licenses. Don't want to go down that path. Thanks.

Hi Andy, when you block a number from the main admin, it will be blocked on every user. Check the KB article below.
