Recently, we have had some issues with call forwarding to TMobile and MetroPCS phone numbers.  Is anyone else experiencing this.  If we have a ring group to an employee's desk phone and cell phone and set the rings to 6, the cell phone with these providers hardly or never rings.  Not sure if this is a known issue or if there is any way around it.

Same issue, ringcentral is a HUGE waste of money - nothing but problems.

We've had this problem twice in the last couple months. We were forwarding calls after hours to an employee's cell phone (T-mobile). The callers were getting 2 rings (from RingCentral) and then a busy signal when it transferred to T-mobile network. Calling the employee's cell phone directly got thru every time, and even the forwarded RingCentral calls would get thru maybe 10% of the time. We found no resolution. I think in stressed times, the T-mobile network is dropping the RingCentral forwarded calls as potential spam / low priority calls.
