We use SMS for internal usage only, we do not communicate with our customers via SMS texting. That being said, when choosing "How will you be using SMS within this campaign?" options, are auto-attendant/receptionist generated SMS texts to our employees considered "Automated Messages" or "Conversational Messages"?
Also, how do we deal with the "Proof of Customer Consent" if it's only internal messaging? Or even Opt-in/out?
