receiving calls with Android auto

When I receive a call and am using Android auto I am not able to hear the person calling however they can hear me

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue:

 

  1. Update Apps & System Software

    • Ensure your Android Auto, RingCentral app, and phone software are up to date.
    • Check the Google Play Store for pending updates.
  2. Test with a Different Connection

    • If you're using a wireless Android Auto connection, try using a USB cable to see if the issue persists.
  3. Check App Permissions

    • Go to Settings > Apps > RingCentral > Permissions and make sure Microphone & Phone permissions are enabled.
