Remove From Windows Startup Apps

Hello,

I don't want Ring Central to start up automatically on my Windows 11 PC, so I removed it from the startup app settings. Yet every time I use Ring Central, it seems to put itself back in the startup settings.

Normally, I'd chalk this up to a Windows problem, but Ring Central is the only app I have this problem with. How to I keep it out of my startup apps?
