Required Ring Central Service level for using Integrated Ring Central app

Hi. Checking in on what the latest requirement is for our mutual clients wanting to use our public RingCentral app - "ChronicCareIQ Call Activation and Reporting". What is the minimum service offering required ? Essentials, Standard, Premium, or Ultimate edition?

Hi Shelby,

Public apps using OAuth (eg those in the App Gallery with limited exceptions) are available to all tiers, meaning it would be available to Essentials, Standard, Premium, and Ultimate.

Mike. Our app is primarily focused on collecting call history (via webhooks) I see that the "Essentials" plan does not include the Analytics suite. Is this one of the "limited exceptions" you speak of?
