A user in our company has an issue where the RingCentral desktop application shuts down unexpectedly and tries to reinstall itself. I have tried to uninstall the program and then download it again but the issue persists. For now I have her use the browser version but I want to know if there is a fix available or planned.

well since you uninstalled and installed again you probably have the latest version running, but no harm in checking what version the app has?

I don't think people would be looking into this, unless somebody (you) report it to support.
