My understanding is that with the RC SMS feature, a user can text a client/customer and it will come from that specific user's direct number.

We are a law firm that screens ALL calls coming into our attorney's phones. We want our attorneys to be able to text their clients, but do not want the clients to be able to call that number back. Has anyone solved a similar problem?

I was thinking that maybe any inbound call to the attorney's number from out of office could be forwarded to the operator but I am not sure how to do that. Also open to other solutions. Thank you!
