I am trying to register for SMS for the business. It has been a long and difficult process. The latest correction is “Screenshot of SMS opt-in consent language required”. I'm not even sure where I do this on the application. Can someone help?

Hi @Mary-Community_Moderator - I escalated our issue with a customer service person yesterday.  Thank you.


UPDATE for those who messaged me. A Ring Central Representative from the TCR department reached out to me. I missed her call. She called back - I was unavailable for call - but she left message with case number. I called back with case number - representative got me to TCR department where new rep walked me through the various issues of my application. (Definately recommend having SMS application open when you speak with representative). After speaking with rep, recommendation is no need to upload screenshot. They also emailed me template language regarding what was missing from my privacy policy. Recommendation was to update my website with all required privacy policy information - the call again for review with Ring Central rep and then submit revised application for review (which may take weeks for acceptance if all is in good order).
