We are a service company and our phone number is our livelihood.  Without our phones, we have no business!!  I NEED MY PHONES BACK!

How does Ringcentral plan on reimbursing its customers for time loss during the outages? This is indeed a very dangerous situation for any medical practice. As a private psychiatric clinic in Houston this is a HUGE liability. We are literally working with people who already have trust and abandonment issues. We also have to address serious situations from patients who are dealing with side effects or prevent life threatening situations from occurring. Patients aren’t even able to get our notice that our lines are down.

This is a major issue and my guess is they have been hacked. Can not talk to a person live, can not use the chat option because it is overwhelmed. You would think a company would send out some type of message to all clients that are dealing with this issue. We are a home health company and the phone is the number one way we communicate with our clients. My guess is Ring will never recover from this.

This has been handled very poorly by Ring Central. Let me restate Ring Central has completely blown this issue. Again my best guess is Ring Central was hacked and will not be up for days. The lack of communication is unacceptable.
